Customised products require up to 7 working days before dispatch.
Pre-Order items will display their estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Some deliveries may require a signature.

Orders under £80 – Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (£4.95) (3–5 working days)
Express Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) – £9.95 (2 working days)

Australia Deliveries

Orders over $350 AUD – Free Royal Mail International Delivery (3–10 working days)
Orders under $350 AUD – Royal Mail International Delivery (£19.95) (3–10 working days)

Duties and taxes are covered by Johnny Loves Rosie – you will not have extra costs.

EU Deliveries

Royal Mail International Delivery (£12.95) (3–10 working days)

We cover duties and taxes for EU customers, except in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland.

Rest of World Deliveries
