Refund policy

We hope you love your Johnny Loves Rosie purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return your item within 28 days of the dispatch date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All labels and tags must be attached and the product free from marks or damage.
  • Complimentary items (such as straps) must be returned with your order. If kept, the RRP of these items will be deducted from your refund.

Please include a note with the reason for your return and your order number.

  • Return postage (domestic and international) is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping your proof of postage.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Personalised & Bespoke Items

Due to their bespoke nature, personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. This includes all items with custom monogramming or personalisation on the tag.

Final Sale Items

Outlet purchases are sold as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are heavily discounted and will not be restocked.

Warranty

All Johnny Loves Rosie products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers faults in stitching, zips, hardware, or straps under fair use.

Please note:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, overstuffing, or unauthorised repairs is not covered.

  • Natural variations in monogramming and hot foiling are normal and part of the unique character of each piece.
